Refund for Services
Vendables LLC provides vending installation, maintenance, and consultation services. Due to the nature of our business, refunds are generally not applicable once services have been delivered.
However, in cases where a customer has made an advance payment for services not rendered, a partial or full refund may be considered.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- The project was canceled before work commenced.
- Equipment or product delivery was delayed beyond 60 days without notice.
- The service was not provided as per written agreement.
All refund requests must be made in writing to info@vendablesllc.com within 7 business days of purchase or payment.
Non-Refundable Items: - Consultation or assessment fees once sessions have been conducted
- Customized machine orders after production or shipment
- Installation fees once completed
Vendables LLC reserves the right to assess refund claims individually and issue refunds at its discretion.
Refund for Product Not Dispatched from Machine
In rare cases, if a vending machine fails to dispense a product after payment, customers are eligible for a product refund or replacement. Steps to claim a refund:
1. Note down the machine location, time, and product code.
2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@vendablesllc.com or via the phone number displayed on the machine or scan the QR code.
3. Refunds may be issued through the same payment method or as store credit.
